The Feltmaker will clear any cheques before sending goods.

Please retain your receipt or tracking no. and courier name while your parcel is in transit.

If you decide you do not want an item contact us and return within 7 days in original and unused condition.

Customer details and email addresses will be kept on file by the Feltmaker in confidence.

Conditions of Use

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible, however as original garments are 100% handmade colours and sizes may vary from commercially made garments.
